Recently I have realized that in times where my plate is overfilling, there is a dilemma that takes place between finishing my work and my jobs or sleeping to rest for the next days challenges. I know that the amount of sleep one needs is based on how much the body can rest. Sometimes a 3 hour nap can make one feel as rested as a 10 hour hibernation. This depends on how much sleep the body is used to getting. The body will feel rested if it gets the rest it think it needs.
Anyway back to my dilemma, it seems that my busy schedule has required me to get enough rest in less time. I need to be able to stay up late when I have to, as well as get enough sleep so I can carry out all my things. These are tough and busy times ahead of me. And one of the only ways to outwit the unexpected, is to be prepared, for everything.
