It's been a lazy weekend folks, more lazy and uneventful than the last and definitely more lazy than next weekend.
Notable news of the weekend:
Friday Night
6 page essay in 5 hours. Not bad at all, though I'll have to check over the last two pages I'm sure they make as much sense as my Grandma on Social Networks; i.e. None.
Saturday was alright. A lot of chemistry on Saturday. uneventful still.
Some good news came today though. Got a raise at work, minimum to $10 isn't much of a bump, but a bump's a bump. I discovered WongFuProductions, man they're good. Finished the rest of my work, got started on my bio design lab. While I write I can't stop putting myself in the position of unknown strangers in countries far away from me who'll read it and think it's crap. I guess I need to put some more work in it.
The week was eventful though. Got officially elected business club president, though now with the title comes the pressure. Though I don't know why, no pressure necessary, I'm good at it. Which brings me to recurring dilemma, university. But that's for another time.
What else went on in the week? Physics exam, which went badly (numbers won't go up though because people like to confront/annoy me about that- yao know who you are.....
I've finished reading a magazine dad brought home about canadian universities. Scratch that, didn't read it at all, maybe just the first paragraph for every article. It has these student surveys in it though, surveys for all kinds of things: residence, city, co-op, anything you name it. The results from each of the 20 universities were averaged and then ranked in categories of school size. I found myself cheering for UAlberta, of course, but also Carleton. I really like that university.
Probably won't post again for a week (weekly blogs are manageable)
I wonder how I'll innovate.
Till then,
Innovating Life
