I was doing some research on looking great/feeling great kind of stuff. And it turns out that if you think you look great, you feel great about it.
I did some exercises on my cheeks all night and morning and I felt slimmer when I was looking myself in the mirror this morning. No surprise but I felt great throughout the day!
I think I've been tricking myself into a depressed state. I felt that I can't keep up a good work ethic and a strenuous work out schedule while being happy and enthusiastic all at the same time. This made me depressed and stressed that I have a lot more left on my plate. But an optimistic turn makes it all better.
Today is Monday, let me try to keep this optimism up for the rest of the week.

Update: It's Thursday now and I've totally succeeded in this optimism and feeling great groove. I've been doing tons of work outs and that makes me feel great. Tomorrow is Multicultural Day and it's going to be fun.
