In need of more exercise, I've decided to run for 30 minutes every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
Both Saturday and this morning I ran but I could only last 20 minutes. I can't believe my endurance and my body is so unfit. I finished my exercise over an hour ago and my heart and lungs are still acting worked up.
This is going to be a long and difficult process to get healthy again, but a good one; I feel good already.
My plan is to run at the same speed for 20 minutes three days a week for all of January and then come February try to go for 30 minutes. As more time passes and my body grows I will adjust the incline appropriately.
Hopefully I can keep this up for the year.
