Good. Now that that's over with, the Weekend Recap:
- Let's start this off with the Friday. At work I'm slowly coming closer and closer to completing the application. I believe I only have to debug and test now, and then version 1.0 will be completed!!
- After work I hung out with my cousins. Did I mention how awesome they are in a previous blog? I just love chilling with them.
- We picked up food from a place called "Fat Bastard Burrito's". Really good burrito's! But beware the "spicy" option, it's reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllyyyyyy spicy. I think it took me two hours just to nibble at it!
- We ate the burrito's in the theater as we watched X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST!! You can read my review here. What an awesome movie, I can't wait till the weekend box office numbers are released on Tuesday. I'm guessing it'll debut at north of $100 million. It'll be the first movie of the year to crack that mark!
- After coming out I attempted to get a Scene card, I still need to look further into it.
- I hung out with my cousins a bit more after that. I went with one (below) and visited her apartment. It's the view that really kills it. Wow I cannot wait to be done school, #makemoneyspendmoney
- After hanging out with her a little bit more, she dropped back home pretty late, hence no Friday blog.
- The next day I woke up just before noon, I really need to get better at that.
- With the day almost gone I quickly arranged some plans for my grandparents and I. We visited my Uncle and Aunty (my cousins parents), went shopping with them, and stayed for dinner.
- We took some food from a take-it-and-go Indian restaurant (see what I did there) so that we wouldn't have to cook a bunch. The restraunt is called Babu's and wooooooow. It's nothing like I've ever seen before. Check it out if you get the chance.
- Shopping was fun, they took us to some thrift shops where I was able to find some neat stuff. I found a new shirt, a nice fall sweater, and some new sunglasses!! All really cheap too! (If you don't know my gig with sunglasses here it is: I buy super-cheap generic semi-good looking ones and then I don't have to care if I break them or not!) I was able to stock up at the thrift shop, (3 pars) and then I promptly broke my one ones. Oh well.
- At their place I discovered Google+ Auto-Awesome Stories. Wow, trust me, you guys cannot wait to see my Story for this summer. Trust.
- On the way home we were stopped by a train!! Never come across one of these yet, nor had Ajjima, nor had Ajjoba. So I promptly took a picture.
- After coming home late I woke up at 8 this morning, better but not quite. I checked all my websites and YouTube channels and such and found some pretty awesome stuff.
- I found a cool article and blog on men's fashion (something I've been striving for in little doses throughout the year) which was actually really nice! It let me to find another guy, a style blogger. Here's the article, and here's the blog. The blogger has a youtube channel as well and if you're looking to sprucing up your look I highly recommend.
- Here's an article from a fellow Celtics fan who is on the same page as me about Kevin Love!! Let's not go after him. A really good look into the most likely of the Celtics futures.
- I watched this excellent Bill Russel interview/documentary from another (more famous) Celtics fan Bill Simmons. Excellent look into the Celtics early days.
- I went through this 2014 NBA Mock Draft and I still don't know what to do with the 6th pick, but I'm super happy with what they chose for us with #17! Oh wow would I be happy with Doug McDermott with the 17th pick. He would actually be really good in our system and for the future. The reason why I like him at 17 but not at 6 is because the 6th pick gets more money and more baggage in terms of team hierarchy. The 6th pick would deserve more minutes and possibly a starting role. But I don't think anyone in the draft below the top four picks deserve to be starters on our team. If McDermott falls to us at 17, I would be really pleased.
- After all that I went outside and did some yard work. I planted some plants with Ajjima, mowed the lawn and trimmed the lawm egdes. Speaking of being outside, it was an amazing day today. +30C!!
- I also went on a walk with Ajjoba, where I do some work. But before going on the walk, he was taking time to get ready so... inspired by the men's style stuff I read earlier I messed around in his closet.
- Then the evening dwindled in and soon it became now, and soon I'll go to sleep.
I realise that I haven't opened my Arduino yet. Need to set down a plan to make that happen.
I also realise I haven't cooked yet. Need to set down a plan to make that happen too.
Plans be coming.
