The good:
- I downloaded an app onto my phone made by neuroscientists to test my brain. I can't compare my results to other people since I only have the free version but I'll tell you one thing. Problem Solving is my best trait.... I scored double times what I did in speed and flexibility. I'm definitely thinking of buying this app.
The bad:
- I ran 30 minutes today but I burned less calories than I usually do in 15 minutes. That's because I set the incline to 0% and speed to 5mph (I usually do 5% and swap between 6 and 7mph). On Thursday I'll increase the incline to 2% and next week I'll keep increasing to push myself. Just starting slow.
