Yesterday I left work to take the train earlier than the one I usually take. Because I wasn't used to the timings I missed it by minutes!
So having an hour to spare I went to visit Toronto's Fairmont Royal York Hotel.
The Hotel looks great from the outside in a classic kind of way, unfortunately the same wasn't the case for the inside; at least in my opinion.
The inside was luxurious and comfy but in a really old fashioned way. It's outdated style spoke to me more than it's luxury. You can see more pictures on exclusive to Google+.
In all the hotel's grandeur, I would stay there. It was too old fashioned. I liked the modern hotels in Europe far better.
